"Lauren has gone above and beyond during my last two visits. She expertly handled a mistake made by the South Carolina DMV regarding an accident by daughter had. She immediately put me at ease and had it fixed in 10 minutes. A month later, she quickly updated our new insurance cards when purchasing a car. Lauren is fantastic!!!"
